About The RB3 Foundation
Our History: Turning Loss into Purpose. Bridging Hardship with Hope
The RB3 Foundation was born from love, honor, and an enduring commitment to community service. Founded by Roy Jr. and Tracy Beck in loving memory of their son, Petty Officer Second Class Roy Beck III, who was lost suddenly on July 4, 2022, at age 24, the Foundation ensures that Roy’s spirit continues to uplift others.
Roy lived with courage, kindness, generosity, and a passion for serving those in need. Today, we carry those values forward by creating life-changing opportunities for individuals navigating hardship. By turning loss into deep community purpose, the RB3 Foundation bridges the gap between adversity and hope, ensuring no one has to walk through struggle alone.
Mission Statement
The RB3 Foundation honors the legacy of Petty Officer Second Class Roy Beck III by delivering transformative wellness, mentorship, and community-based support to individuals facing systemic barriers. While our doors and hearts are open to all in need, we place a dedicated emphasis on supporting veterans, foster and juvenile-justice impacted youth, and families.
Through mental health awareness, emotional regulation, substance abuse and gang recidivism prevention, and essential outreach, we empower individuals to build resilience, cultivate leadership, and rewrite their futures.
PURPOSE
To honor the memory of Petty Officer Second Class Roy Beck III by empowering individuals and strengthening communities through mental wellness, substance abuse and gang prevention, emotional regulation, and essential life-support resources.
